• Maintain confidentiality of other clients' information

5. Membership and Fees

• That you will meet a specific number of matches

• The behavior or actions of matches
• Specific outcomes or results

Relationship success depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchmakers Elite shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Damages arising from relationships or interactions with matches
• Actions or omissions of other clients or matches
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
